The affiliate package includes the following options:

 

1. Granting the status of Information Partner.

 

2. Exhibition services:

• accreditation of the company at events;

• providing a stand with an area of 3 sq.m. or information stands on the days of the event;

 

З. Information Partner Advertising:

• posting news about the Information Partner on the website / page of the event;

• placing a banner (100 * 100) of the Information Partner on the website / page of the event with a link to the partner's website from the moment of signing the contract until the end of the event;

• placement of an advertising module of the Information Partner with a volume of 1 strip in the official electronic catalog of the event;

• placement of information (up to 500 characters) and logo in the official electronic catalog of the event;

• provision of advertising time on the air of the exhibition (3 min / day) or placement of advertising materials at the reception of visitors in free access;

• placement of advertising roll-up (provided by the Information Partner) in the exhibition center for the entire duration of the event;

• distribution of advertising materials (provided by the Information Partner) in the packages of the event participants.

The cost of the package of the Information Partner of the event – 150 000 rubles.

RENT OF PAVILIONS, SCENES, HALLS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT

RENTAL OF PAVILIONS ON A RIGID FRAME SIZE: 3x5 and 4x6 and 6x8 m.

  • Pavilion 3x5 m (height 2.45 m) rent for up to 3 days - 12,000 rubles.
  • Pavilion 4x6 m (height 2.20 m) rent up to 3 days - 15 000 rubles.​
  • Pavilion 6x8 m (height 2.20 m) rent up to 3 days - 26,000 rubles.​
  • Pavilion 12x50 m rent up to 3 days - the price contractual.​
  • Delivery Limit of the city - 5 000 rubles​

SCENE RENTAL:
