All materials are provided by the Customer in the form of electronic mock-ups.

The format of the advertising page of the catalog: 165x250 mm. (width / height in millimeters) 300 dpi (dots per inch).
The location of the text information in the layout: 150x235 mm.

In case the mock-up sent does not satisfy our requirements, we are not responsible for the quality of the layout.

It is not recommended to place text information and logos closer than 5 mm to the edge of the post-cut format in the composition of the advertising strip original layout.

Supported file formats:

• Adobe Illustrator CS3 - CC 2019
• Adobe Indesign CS3
• Raster graphics should not be drawn in, but simply linked to the publication, preferably in TIFF format (CMYK, 300 dpi). For vector layouts, fonts must be converted to curves or attached separately.

• Format Tiff (CMYK, 300 dpi)

• When providing the original layout in the EPS format, as well as CorelDraw prior to version 2018, all responsibility for possible distortions when printing rests with the manufacturer of the advertisement.

Files are accepted by e-mail: sochi@soud.ru (the size of one letter is no more than 20 mb, in case a large TIFF file is sent, then it should be packed with any archiver (for example: WinRar, WinZip), if in this case the archive exceeds the specified maximum size, you should upload files to FTP or use any cloud service (example files.mail.ru) and send a download link, as well as be sure to set the “read confirmation” flag in the letter so that there are no unnecessary questions regarding the loss of letters on the way to the addressee).

Dimensions of the standard panel:

The layout for printing is sent with a stock, pre-trimmed format in size:

• The upper part of the panel (frieze) - width 120 cm., Height 35 cm.
• The lower part of the panel is 120 cm wide, 200 cm high.
• The remaining dimensions are indicated to prepare the layout for printing.

• File format: TIFF (without LZW compression).
• Files must not contain alpha channels, layers and paths (scale 1: 1) 
• Color Model: CMYK
• File Resolution: 120 dpi

Files for all sizes should be prepared at a rate of 300 dpi.
